Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Orders placed after 2 PM (EST): Processed the next business day
During peak seasons or promotions: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package in real-time.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Some items, such as pressurized fuel canisters or certain grilling tools, may be subject to additional restrictions or handling requirements.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@smokingearstore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do everything we can to help.
