Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Smokingear Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every grill, rub, sauce, and accessory we sell. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Must include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please note: Perishable items (such as opened sauces, rubs, or food products) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your return is denied due to missing parts, damage, or signs of use, we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you at your expense.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged in transit? We’re sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support at contact@smokingearstore.com.


Return Shipping

  • For returns due to customer preference (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Perishable food items that have been opened
